These terms apply to purchases on bylykke.com. The seller is ByLykke ApS, Flintevej 25, 9000 Aalborg, CVR 34594686. Contact us at lykke@bylykke.com. Prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) incl. VAT.
Commande
When you complete an order, you receive an order confirmation by email. A binding agreement is formed when you receive the confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of obvious pricing or stock errors.
Prix et livraison
All prices are in DKK incl. 25% VAT. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the chosen delivery method and parcel weight. Free shipping on orders over DKK 795. Any shipping costs are shown clearly before you complete the purchase.
Paiement
We accept payment via a secure provider (Quickpay) with card, MobilePay and wallets. The amount is charged when the order is shipped or confirmed. We never store your card details.
Livraison
We ship with DAO and GLS, you choose the delivery method (home delivery or pickup point) at checkout. Expected delivery is 1-3 business days after dispatch. You receive a track & trace number when shipped. We deliver within Denmark.
Droit de rétractation (14 jours)
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. To withdraw, notify us before the deadline at lykke@bylykke.com. The item must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you notify us. You pay the return shipping. Note: The right of withdrawal lapses for sealed goods (e.g. cosmetics and supplements) that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery.
Retours et remboursement
Return to: ByLykke ApS, Flintevej 25, 9000 Aalborg, CVR 34594686. We refund the full amount incl. standard delivery without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the item back or proof of return, using the same payment method you used. You are liable for any reduction in the item's value due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.

Glissez un mot dans le colis avec votre numéro de commande et votre demande de remboursement. Les frais de retour sont à votre charge, et l'article doit être dans le même état que lors de sa réception.
Garantie légale (2 ans)
A 2-year right to complain applies under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. If the item is defective, you may have it repaired, replaced, refunded or get a price reduction, depending on the situation. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you discover the defect, within 2 months is always timely. If the complaint is justified, we refund your reasonable shipping costs. Réclamations
If we cannot find a solution, you may complain to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark, via naevneneshus.dk. You may also use the EU Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, state our email lykke@bylykke.com.
