Zinc + Vitamin C from ActiNovo combines two of the best-known nutrients in a single liquid, liposomal dose. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. What’s in Zinc + Vitamin C
Each 10 ml dose provides 1,000 mg of vitamin C and 25 mg of zinc, bound as zinc ascorbate. This is equivalent to the amount found in approximately 315 g of pumpkin seeds and 10 large oranges, if you were to eat them. Both substances are encapsulated in phospholipid liposomes, and the bottle contains 25 doses.
How to take the supplement
- Take 10 ml daily with a meal.
- Choose either morning or evening, whichever suits your routine.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

The flavour is slightly tart from sea buckthorn and citric acid, and the dose can be mixed with water or juice if you prefer. Store the bottle in a cool place after opening to keep the contents fresh until the last dose.
