Chlorella, 300 tablets

Chlorella from Aliga Aqtive is pure green algae in tablet form, 100% natural and free from additives. The algae are cultivated in North Jutland in sterile, sealed containers. The daily dose provides natural vitamin B12 equivalent to 104 per cent of the recommended daily intake and vitamin K equivalent to 51 per cent. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy metabolism and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, whilst vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.

How to take chlorella

• The daily dose is 12 tablets.

Building up the dose gradually gives your digestive system time to get used to the fibre in the algae. Take the tablets with plenty of water, preferably with a meal.
