Organic Oil of Beauty, 500 ml

Organic Oil of Beauty is a blend of eight oils, all of which are organically grown, cold-pressed and unrefined. The plant compounds are therefore preserved, including naturally occurring lignans, carotenoids and tocopherols. The oil can be taken by the spoonful or mixed into your breakfast.

Eight oils in Organic Oil of Beauty

Each of the eight oils contributes its own unique composition of fatty acids and plant compounds.

• Linseed oil and evening primrose oil, known for their omega-3 and GLA.
• Rosehip oil and sea buckthorn oil, containing natural carotenoids and omega-7.
• Argan oil and pomegranate seed oil, rich in tocopherols and omega-5.
• Moringa oil and coconut oil, which round off the flavour.

Together, they provide a broad range of fatty acids in a single spoonful, rather than you having to buy eight bottles.

All eight oils are cold-pressed and unrefined. This means they are pressed without heat and are not subsequently stripped of the natural plant compounds that refining would otherwise remove. Consequently, the oil must be kept refrigerated and used within a few weeks, just like other fresh, unrefined oils. The short shelf life is in itself a sign of quality.

How to take the oil

• Take one tablespoon before breakfast.
• Or mix it into a smoothie, shot or juice.
• Shake the bottle gently before use to ensure the mixture is even.
• Store the bottle in the fridge.
• Use it within 4 to 6 weeks of opening.

The flavour is green and nutty with a slight tang from sea buckthorn. In a fruit smoothie, it goes down without you even noticing, making it easy to stick to the habit every day. The bottle holds 500 ml, which is roughly a month’s daily intake, so the oil is always fresh when you use it.
