Glutathione in liquid, liposomal form, combined with vitamin C. Each of the 25 daily doses provides 400 mg of reduced glutathione and 700 mg of vitamin C. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

What is glutathione?

Glutathione is a small molecule consisting of three amino acids, which the body produces itself and which is found in virtually all the body’s cells. ActiNovo uses the reduced form, which is the molecule’s active state. How to take the supplement

• Take 10 ml daily with a meal.
• Choose either morning or evening, whichever suits you best.
• The bottle contains 25 doses and should be stored in a cool place once opened.
• Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

This natural version is unflavoured, and the taste is therefore slightly sulphurous, as is natural for the substance. Mix the dose into a glass of juice if you prefer to round off the taste.

The vitamin C in the bottle is no coincidence. The 700 mg per dose contributes to the normal function of the immune system and, at the same time, makes the combination a single solution rather than two separate bottles. Choose a fixed time to take your spoonful, for example with your evening meal, so that it becomes second nature until the bottle is empty.
